About Us

Joseph Ingemi

Joseph is   the owner and senior consultant of Pinarus Technologies.  He also serves as writer/publisher of Health IT Politics.  Joseph has over ten years of experience in Analysis and Project Management experience.  His experience includes working as a Project Management and Business Analyst on the Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN).  He holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from West Point and a Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University.  He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).  Joseph also serves on the advisory board of Question Box (www.questionbox.org).
